Flora Isle - on sale now
Flora Isle is three eight-storey buildings on the northern shore of Central Island, right on the beach, with about 250 apartments of 1-3 bedrooms. It was launched under the BI Group brand. The developer of record at DLD is Flora Realty (Flora Group), with Centurion as development partner and OCTA Properties handling sales.

Meydan Horizon - BI Group's next launch
On 1 October 2026 BI Group announced that its next Dubai project will launch in Meydan Horizon, a new district in Mohammed Bin Rashid City. Prices, layouts and handover dates have not been announced yet. On 13 October the company signed an MoU with Citic Middle East Contracting, a subsidiary of China's Citic Construction, to act as main contractor on three upcoming BI Group projects in Dubai.

- BI Group brings its brand, in-house developments, IT solutions and experience. Projects are financed through an investment fund registered at the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC).
- Since October 2026 BI Group UAE has a permanent office in Dubai, led by Ruslan Yembergenov.
- For a buyer this means the contract is signed with the developer registered at DLD, and off-plan payments go into the project's escrow account - as with every new project in Dubai.
